Over the years I've bought a number of vehicles but I am pleased to say that my purchase of a Mercedes SLK from Colin, Lesley and the other team members at Bridge Motors has been one of the very best experiences of them all. The whole process from my initial contact to viewing and the test driving the car was a smooth and easy. The car was in excellent condition as you would expect but it was clear that a great deal of time and care had been taken to ensure it was very clean and ready to go. Two months down the road I had a small problem with the air-con but again this was dealt with in and exemplary manner following a through discussion with Colin. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot rate the service of Colin, Hayley and his team highly enough, from initial viewing to the vehicle handover. A very professional and friendly experience with no 'hard sell'. I purchased my vehicle remotely and travelled 200 miles to collect it, the preparation was immaculate and well exceeded my expectations. Colin, Hayley and the team ensured we had a great experience from start to finish. Integrity and honesty and an easy transaction which also included picking us up from the train station (6 miles away) on the day we picked up the car. This is a family business which has been trading in excess of 50 years and you can see why they're still around. The car itself is fantastic, in great condition and fairly priced. Really impressed with the level of service we received when buying a used car for my daughter. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and ultimately gave us peace of mind. The car was spotless when we collected it & the whole experience was better than mainstream dealerships, I’ve previously dealt with for brand new cars. I purchased my Mercedes B class unseen, through bridge motors Wincanton LTD. Fantastic staff (Lesley) assisted me entirely via telephone and message service sending all me information photos & videos as required as I was buying entirely unseen. Very professional, trustworthy business, satisfied with my purchase, the boss even delivered the car to my door 2 hours away. Good 3 month warranty service and additional available at a reasonable cost. I will recommend bridge motors to my family, and will be coming back when I upgrade my car in the future.
